Our story started as a humble discussion between two friends in a management school over a cup of coffee. Education in India has been a long standing challenge with a growing population that struggles with poor infrastructure, low quality of teachers and availability of good quality study material. These being just a part of the problem, one of the crucial elements missing was the availability of low-cost computing devices that accelerate the learning process. Ira (another name for Goddess of Knowledge - Saraswati) was conceived to solve this precise problem and take it a step further by creating a content provisioning platform altogether.
